Blobbing. *giggle*

Today was busy, but really fun. We went to church as usual, and I had nursery, so I missed the service, but mom was doing jr. church in the nursery, so she did too. Well, I had the wonderful David, just about my favorite toddler right now, and some visiting people. The man was a youth pastor, and had two little kids. Karyn(it is pronounced ka-ryn’, accent on the last syllable, don’t know how to spell it) was two and a little hard to handle, but sweet. Her brother just hung out with the older kids, even though he was four. After church, we went home to rest and then to the Reeves, a couple from our church. They have a beautiful lakeside home that used to be their summer home, but they remodeled and it is now their home year-round. Kendra, our pastor’s daughter, and eric, the son, along with Matt, another couple’s son, swam with Than and I. Soooo much fun! *grins* They had a water trampoline(the blob), which I had never tried before, and we would jump around and into the water. Then we went on their party boat, and saw the bald eagle that lives there. It was huge, and beautiful. We ate, and then Kendra and I went in to Kayak again, and I got this idea of tying my boat to the trampoline, jumping, and getting back in. It was crazy, but I managed to do it without getting wet. :P Well, now we are home.
Than has bad exema on his face! That means he is breaking out in incredibly itchy spots, poor kid. :( I hate his exema. It is really hard to have itches all over you, especially on your face. :(
Well, good night! Tomorrow no school, for Labor day! Yes! We are going to climb Pleasant Mountain, possibly with the Pearson kids.

Bored.

i AM BORED. oH WELL. oOPS. i DIDN’T PRESS cAPS LOCK! oH WELL. i DON’T MIND. oH GOSH! i HAVEN’T EVEN SAID ANYTHING ABOUT THE MAYOR! yIKES!
Ahem. There.
Well, WHitney and I had heard about the path that the city wanted to build, and we were mad. It will ruin our neighborhood! So when we saw that area being torn up, we ran into her house and wrote up a petition. Then we ended up with Dori, Leah, Whitney and I, and we got thirteen signatures from around the neighborhood. (Oh, before that we discovered that they were not yet making the path, but were working on a sewer system. The path’s fate is yet to be decided. I think. I HOPE!)
So then we decided to take the petition to the mayor. He had been whitney’s soft ball coach, and leah’s dad knew him from meetings, and mom had met him, and I had coached his kid a little in drama. Well, we called to see if he was there and he wasn’t there. Whit’s mom emailed him, and he is coming to our neighborhood to have a meeting with us! The nervewracking thing is, her mom decided I was spokesperson because, well, I was. Oh well. The thing is, I have to basically organize it with the other people involved! Wow. *sigh*
Oh well. Whitney’s mom had better get home soon or I will start hyperventilating. Big trucks are going by as I speak. Uh, type. Oh, another thing, we are going to go picketting if they go ahead with the path!
Wish us luck. Actually, a prayer would be much more efficient!
Bye!

OK. I am a little bit happier now.

The first day of school went pretty well, and it is better and worse. the seventh graders have to share lockers, but us lucky eighth graders don’t have to. What a relief. Well, we do have a lot of different ways to get a detention, but oh well. I am comparatively good. :P
We have a big verse to learn for Friday, and we had four assignments, which added up to an hours worth of homework on the first day of school! wowee! never had that before! sheesh, mrs. b! well, she is a good teacher, and i like her in general, but the homework was a bit much! :P
YES!
I AM GOING TO DO CHILDREN’S THEATER OF MAINE AND I NEEDED A MONOLOGUE, SONG OR POEM FOR THE AUDITION AND I FOUND AN EXCELLENT MONOLOGUE! I AM SO EXCITED! IT IS ONE OF LUCY’S SCENES IN “YOU’RE A GOOD MAN CHARLIE BROWN.” ACTUALLY, IT IS LINUS AND LUCY, BUT IT WORKS JUST FINE WITHOUT LINUS. *nervous*

School.

School starts tomorrow. I am dreading it so terribly. I really hate school. I hate it! I was homeschooled for four years and I really want to do it again. What I really want is to do the Classical School. I would take Math and Writing. It is a school that you go to two days a week and take classes, and homeschool all the rest of the time! My parents think that God wants me at GPCS, the small private christian school, but I just don’t see why God would want me at a place I hate. I am left out a lot. Sure, I have my friends, but, there is so much gossip and ridicule. I am so glad I am not in a public school. I guess it is really hard now since I had Krissy and Son over, and they are happily homeschooled and wouldn’t school for the world. So many of my friends are! It is hare to see them, and then go back to school. And I…I will really miss my mom! *sniff* Seeing her all day every day is the best part of the summer. I will really miss her!!
I just hate it all. I want to be homeschooled. I hate school. I hate school. I hate school. I hate school. I hate school. I hate school. I hate school. I hate school. I hate school. I hate school.
Sorry. I really needed to say that. *sigh*
I guess I just need to accept what God wants me to do. I don’t want to accept it…I feel like if I do, God and mom and dad will think that I am happy and won’t ever let me homeschool. That is a foolish thing to think, but I do. Then I think, also very foolishly, that if I don’t accept it, they will never let me homeschool either. I don’t really know what I should think. *sigh* It is really hard.
So, pray for me. I am afraid to pray for either. I am upset, so my mind is muddled and I don’t even think perfectly straight.
Sorry for going on like that. It was necessary.

This is the last entry that I will give before school starts.

I am at Whitney’s.

The title says it all. ha. Well, we were going to have a big neighborhood sleepover, but I didn’t actually sleep over, but I stayed till eleven and then went home and slept, just up the street. It came up fast, and I was having a sleepover with sonja and krissy tomorrow, so I knew I needed the sleep. I got up at eight thirty and went to eat breafast with Dori, Leah, and Whitney. Her mom made great crepes! Yum. Mom and Than came to breakfast too.
So today, I hope to get a lot of the Redwall Feast planning done. I really hope I can. Sonja and Krissy and I are having a meeting, and have to make phone calls and ask for help and stuff.
Ted is ack from deerwander. If I could figure out how I would link to him!
Well, have to go be somewhat sociable. Bye!

Fiday Five…on Saturday.

1. When was the last time you laughed? I was eating lunch and Than said something funny, and I laughed, and I can’t remember what it was. I will go find out. *tick tick tick* Don’t remember. Oh well. *sigh*

2. Who was the last person you had an argument with? Audrey. We got in an arguement about email. Thankfully we didn’t have to solve it that way too- not a good idea.

3. Who was the last person you emailed? Jessie. She is coming to my state and I don’t even get to see her! *sniff*

4. When was the last time you bathed? I had a shower a day or two ago.

5. What was the last thing you ate? Sharp cheddar cheese. Just a minute ago, I still have it’s strong taste in my mouth. YUMMY!

School

The title says it all.

Well, we are going to Dundee beach in a little while. Grammy is down, she came to see our plays, and we are going with Dori and Sharon. I don’t like Dundee, it’s a river beach, and that makes it far to cold for me, but it we were going to go swimming at all, we would probably need to go with them, because they invited us. It is humid and sunny today. ugh. I need a swim.
well, my summer is officially over. Now that the play is over, I don’t feel like there is anything left for me. Except sleep over with Sonja and Krissy, and that is actually the day before school starts. Great. I HAATE SCHOOL!
